Call for papers

Historia Agraria de América Latina (HAAL) invites the academic community to submit unpublished articles on any topic, region and period. Manuscripts can be submitted in Spanish, English and Portuguese, must be original and not be in the process of being evaluated in another journal. HAAL also welcomes manuscripts from economics, anthropology, political science, sociology and other disciplines that examine issues of rural society from a historical perspective. The journal will privilege the publication of research that analyzes new topics and problems, proposes theoretical-methodological contributions and/or elaborates new interpretations. Articles should be between 8000 and 9000 words long. Book reviews should have an approximate length of 1500 words.
