1. I do not receive HAAL notifications in my Outlook or Hotmail email, ¿What can I do?.

In case you do not receive the notifications in your Microsoft email or you receive them as “Junk mail” you should follow the following instructions.

Go to the following path from your Outlook or Hotmail email: Settings > Mail > Junk email > Senders.

Then click on “Add safe sender”, add the email revista@haal.cl in the field and accept. Now you will be able to receive notifications and/or messages from HAAL in your mail inbox.

*Important: Before communicating make a photographic record of the problem or error, as minimum requirements you need the approximate time of occurrence, pictures and a description of what you were doing when the problem appeared. This will allow you to improve response times to reach a solution.
